We've heard from some stores that were unable to make the necessary IT changes to meet the cutover deadline. We are in contact with many of the affected clients and are working with them to ensure a smooth transition. Your service stability is our top priority so we've arranged a one-time extension of our datacenter move deadline to Monday, July 24, 2023.
For those of you who've already whitelisted the new datacenter IP addresses in preparation for the move, you will not be impacted by this schedule change.
Please share the following details with your IT team so they can ensure any necessary changes are made to your system.
Network firewalls, SPF records, and SFTP network configurations should be configured as follows:
For POS terminals, outgoing firewall changes
OLD: 209.167.53.130 (do not remove before Aug 2023)
NEW: 205.150.97.130
BACKUP (CANADA2): 155.204.69.130
No change is required on your POS if FQDN dc-ca1.givex.com used else replace old with new IP
For SPF changes
OLD: 209.167.53.146 (do not remove before Aug 2023)
NEW: 205.150.97.146
BACKUP (CANADA2): 155.204.69.146
alternately we suggest you replace the above SPF records by using our FQDN spf.givex.com instead
syntax to use "include:spf.givex.com"
Incoming SFTP changes (Updated as of April 4 2023)
OLD: 209.167.53.144/28 (do not remove before Aug 2023)
NEW: 205.150.97.144/28
BACKUP (CANADA2): 155.204.69.144/28
